Greenville, SC has many options to find healthy and affordable produce and pantry items. Whole Foods is a great place to find healthier food items and fresh organic produce. Sam's Club & Costco both sell the best priced organic spinach and spring leaf mixes-also having the same conventional fruit brands in larger tubs for less. Trader Joe's also has a lot of items we regularly go there for. When the farmers market is not in season-you can still get boxes of fresh produce by signing up with an organic farm in the area. We also find vegetables and fruits organic and conventional at other local stores with great weekly rates.

I can help you with a list of staples and teach you where to buy each item for the best price in town to help monitor your food allowance. You can eat better and save money at the same time!
