Everyone is different. This is why Crossroads Personal Training takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you expert advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

 

When first starting out, it's important to learn proper form to avoid injury. Have you ever met anyone who was gun-ho on starting an exercise program but pulled a muscle that set them back a few months? 

 

Allow me to teach you proper form, how to pace yourself and the exact exercises you need to achieve the goals you desire. I can also tell you exactly how long it will take to reach your fitness goals. Your training session can be as intense or light as you choose, realizing the results will vary accordingly. Let's face it; no one likes to train alone. Think of me as YOUR personal accountability partner, with the expertise to help you achieve the body you always wanted!

The One on One session, an individual training program. You are my client and I am your Personal Trainer. Now, here's the FUN part: YOU GET TO CHOOSE where you want to train!


Here are some various location options: A local gym, a public track, a park downtown.


Would you prefer to train outdoors, break a sweat and soak up some Vitamin D? I offer 30 or 60 minute sessions, a minimum time would apply depending on location.

 

If you have a tight schedule and prefer not to leave home to workout, I can come to your home at a time that is convenient.

The Friend or Group Special

Don't do anything without your best friend or spouse? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to strive for levels of achievement that otherwise would never have been possible. Contact me for more information.
